Shalondra “Shie” Kurtzman is the Director of Agent Services & Solutions for RE/MAX Dreams who began her career with “The Dreams Team” when the doors opened in April of 2015. Combining a 20-year administrative/organizational background, with thorough knowledge of the real estate industry, Shie ensures her clients and agents receive exceptional service throughout their transactions. Shie is a service leader for RE/MAX Dreams creating protocols and standards for all agents within the company to adhere to.  A resident of Old Bridge, Shie spends her time away from work with her handsome husband Steve and their four beautiful children.

Marcia has been licensed for 23 years and joins us as a full-time broker/sales associate focusing on residential real estate in Middlesex and Somerset. 
She is a licensed real estate instructor, a member of the Professional Standards Committee on the state and local levels. On the Local level, she is the Ombudsman & mediator, and a member of the Women's Council of Realtors. 
In her free time she enjoys antiquing, flea markets, dining out, socializing with friends, and spending time with her three children.

Phil is a Monroe resident whose community involvement includes CFO - American Legion Post 306,  former president of his HOA, as well as former president of the ERA Agent Council. Phil is currently a member of the MCAR Board of Directors and the association’s education, personnel, budgeting and finance committees. Phil also serves as Assistant Director of Membership for the Women’s Council of Realtors-Middlesex Chapter. Phil’s specialties include residential sales and listings. The combination of his experience, integrity and assertiveness are a guaranteed win for Phil’s clients. When not at work, Phil enjoys cooking his Italian specialties, traveling with his beautiful wife, Amy and spending time with family and friends.

Norine is an Old Bridge resident and a full-time experienced Realtor who brings to the table over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry.  Specializing in residential sales and rentals, across both Middlesex and Monmouth counties, Norine prides herself on her integrity and assertiveness to get the job done for her clients. Norine is also the proud recipient of the bronze level Circle of Excellence award for 2015, 2016 and Silver in 2017. When not at work, Norine runs CYO Travel and Intermural basketball leagues, raising money for families in need. Norine also spends time raising money to help families in her community.

Meg is a full-time Realtor who specializes in residential sales and rentals. She is laser-focused on keeping the lines of communication open with her clients and being sensitive to their needs, guiding them through the many complicated steps of buying or selling a home. Meg works closely with a team of trusted professionals, who specialize in mortgages, inspections, real estate law and construction.  When not at work, Meg can be found spending time with family, friends, her fur baby, Molly, cooking or relaxing at the beach.

Asha’s claim to fame is knowing the East Brunswick area like the back of her hand. Her strong work ethic allows her to give her clients the individual attention they deserve, while making some of the biggest moves of their lives.  Asha provides personalized service to her clients and is always available to answer their questions and guide them throughout the transaction. Asha truly enjoys negotiating the best deal possible for her clients. When not at work,  Asha loves cooking and spending time with her family and friends. In addition, Asha is fluent in Hindi and Gujarati.

Gail is an East Brunswick resident who has been licensed for 16 years. She joins us as a full-time associate covering Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean and Somerset counties.

Zayrelee is a Sayreville resident and a full-time experienced Realtor who brings to the table over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. She specializes in residential sales, rentals and investors across Middlesex, Union and Somerset counties. When not at work, Zayrelee can be found spending time on PTO functions at her children’s school and trying out new restaurants with her family.

Residing in Sayreville, NJ, Magda is a full-time Realtor who specializes in residential buyers, sellers and rentals across Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, Union Essex, Morris, Somerset & Mercer counties. In her search for a reputable company, Magda decided to join the RE/MAX Dreams family in May of 2018.  Along with her degree in marketing and management, Magda has experience in accounting and purchasing. In her spare time Magda enjoys reading and photography.

Daniele was born and raised in Middlesex County. 20+ years in hospitality management ranging from General Manager of the Wingate  by Wyndham of Cedar Falls, IA to Franchise Manager fir Wyndham Worldwide in Parsippany, NJ.  She is a mother of 2 daughters, hobbies and interests include audiobooks, do it yourself crafts, podcasts, crochet, and reading books. 

Frank Pennacchi is an Old Bridge resident and full-time Realtor with over 28 years of real estate experience. Licensed in both New York and New Jersey, Frank’s specialties include residential sales and listings across Middlesex and Monmouth counties. With over 400 homes listed or sold, Frank still has the “eye of the tiger” in him and feels that his next sale is just as exciting and challenging as his first. Some years ago, Frank had the privilege of being an invited guest speaker at the NY Learning Annex, along with the likes of Donald Trump, Russell Simmons, Ed Koch, Larry King, Suze Orman and many more. When not grinding out his business, Frank’s passion is cooking. 

Heather is a graduate of West Chester University and a resident of Middlesex County.  After trying her hand in varying roles, Heather pursued her passion in customer service and moved into the world of real estate. Heather’s positive attitude, patience and desire to see things through to completion are valuable assets to her clients when making decisions to purchase a home.  She will spend the necessary time to explore her clients’ needs and prides herself in doing all that she can to ensure a positive, smooth, and memorable experience for her clients.  When not at work, Heather can be found in the gym working out or hanging with family and friends which she loves to do.

Carla is a born and raised Jersey girl. She grew up in Bergen County where she spent the majority of her time playing basketball. 🏀 She scored over 1,000 points in both High School and College. She is a member of the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame at Emerson Jr./Sr. High School as well as at Ramapo College of New Jersey. After graduating college with a degree in Communications she spent 15 years building an impressive career as the Director of NY Operations at a prestigious bicoastal Talent Agency. Carla is excited to bring her competitive edge and extensive client relations experience to real estate. She is a natural when it comes to problem solving and a true people-person. 

Brian is a resident of New Jersey and a fulltime licensed realtor specializing in residential home findings. He has dedicated his life to community service. He was a former Police Officer with the New York City Police Department for 6 yrs. He then went on shieto fulfill his life long dream of becoming a firefighter with the New York City Fire Department in which he retired from. He prides himself with conducting business with the highest regard towards Honesty, Integrity and Commitment. During his time off he is a frustrated golfer and he volunteers his time as an assistant boxing coach.  Brian holds a USA Boxing Amateur coaches license and a New York State Professional Boxing coach license. Kelly has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and
earned her real estate license 3 months ago. She is looking forward to

Kelly lives in South Amboy and enjoys spending time with her three
children, cheering them on at their sporting events and enjoying the
outdoors with friends and family

Lucas has been licensed for 11 years, serves Middlesex, Monmouth, Union, Morris and Essex counties and specializes in Investment Real Estate.

Christine is a Sayreville resident who has worked as a Pediatric Nurse
specializing in the care of special needs children and their families.
She has had her BSN for over 30 years. She joins the RE/MAX  Dreams team as a newly licensed part-time agent focusing on residential properties in Middlesex. She enjoys spending time with her spouse of 27 years and their two sons, enjoying the company of her friends, traveling and Attending concerts.

Cathy has been a licensed Realtor for 14 years. She is outgoing, personable, and determined-traits that make her an excellent agent to turn to when you need help buying or selling a home in Middlesex and Monmouth counties. In her off time, she loves soccer and watching her sons play.

Durgesh is a part-time sales agent covering Middlesex county. Previously she worked as a substitute teacher and was a member of the EBHRC. She is a people person who loves to travel, meet people and invest in real estate.

Lindsay currently resides in Atlantic Highlands and has 3 years of experience as a licensed Realtor. In her free time, she loves kayaking, hiking, and family vacations. 

Donna is a Sayreville resident who has experience as a Sayreville Borough Councilwoman, Committeewoman, and has been involved with the Lions Club and St. George's Church. Mary Mitchell is a seasoned Realtor with over 12 years of experience in the Real Estate business, currently representing the areas of Middlesex, Monmouth, Union and Northern New Jersey counties. She specializes as a buyer agent, listing agent, relocation, short sale, and estate sale.

Vincent Colucci is a recently licensed agent and covers Middlesex, Monmouth, and Bergen counties. He was bought to RE/MAX dreams by his sister and fellow agent Carla Colucci. Vincent has over 20 years of experience in the nutritional supplement, food & beverage, and packaging industries. He was a 2-time high school basketball MVP & played college basketball at Ramapo University. For fun, Vincent enjoys working out, listening to music, sports, and spending time at the beach.

Lisa is a lifelong resident of Old Bridge and a Realtor who specializes in residential sales in both Middlesex & Monmouth Counties.  A seasoned agent who brings to the table 16 years of real estate experience and knowledge, Lisa is always available for her clients’ real estate needs. Lisa, mother of four beautiful children, enjoys working out and going to the gym, cooking and the outdoors. Lisa can also be found spending her weekends her family at the lake in their awesome and fun trailer home.

Joseph has been licensed for 7 years and joins us as a sales associate at our new Monroe Township location!

Joseph is a Helmetta resident. In his free time, he enjoys coaching baseball, surf fishing and spending time with his kids.
